The living room is pretty big as you can see on the pictures. It also has a nice balcony facing a quiet street. The place is well located, 2 min away from Manly beach, 5-10 min to the ferry, bus, Coles and Manly Corso. There is a garage and we also have a parking permit to park around. Great location, even better room! My terrace house is ideally located in the heart of magnificent Manly so everything this vibrant tourist hub has to offer is right at your doorstep. The cost/week for this cosy and charming room is $450 for a single occupant or $550 for a couple. Utility costs and internet are included in the price. What sets this room apart from other share accommodation is that the guest room opens directly onto a sunny courtyard and entertainment area where my housemates can take their meals or just chill out in complete privacy. I do not use the rear entertainment area so my housemates will have exclusive use of the courtyard and outdoor table setting. Another bonus is that my housemate has their own keyed entry to their room from the courtyard where they come and go privately from my property via a laneway located at the rear of the premises. My housemate has their own furnished living area but will share the bathroom and kitchen with me.
