About the room:
Small room - wardrobe, can fit a double bed and desk, north facing window.
Bigger room - bigger room, wardrobe, can fit a king bed and desk, north facing window, but less light.
The house:
5-person sharehouse right on the Bower. Paddle boards out the front, weekly cleaning roster and a fun, welcoming group of housemates.
Our place is a proper beach shack, sitting right across from Cabbage Tree Bay. Front garden, back garden, and less than five minutes’ stroll into central Manly; basically living the dream.
About you:
We’re looking for someone easygoing, clean and respectful who can slot in with the crew and enjoy the place while you’re here.

Hello!
We’re Ben, Miles and Ruby a friendly, easy-going bunch who love a good laugh, a clean house, and the occasional feast, movie night, or random creative project (think painting nights, pottery, or baking way too many cakes).
We treat the place like a proper home, not just somewhere to crash. It's clean, comfy, and full of good energy. Everyone pitches in, respects each other's space, and gets stuck into the odd group hangout (no pressure if you’re more into hiding in your room sometimes too).
If you’re up for joining a house that feels more like mates than strangers, you’ll fit right in.
Here’s a bit about us:
Ben: Full-time business coach, part-time life guru (in his own head). Loves a good hike, a bad film. House neat freak, will judge you for leaving a cupboard door open.
Miles: Works in IT, basically turns things off and on for a living. You’ll find him cooking random feasts when he’s bored, but somehow uses every pan in the house to make a sandwich.
Ruby: American surfer chick who is outside doing things all the time.
