About the property
This unit is an easy stroll to Queenscliff Beach (300m) and Manly Wharf (1.4km) - ideal location with coffee shops, a bottle shop and Harris Farm just around the corner.
Your bedroom will be on the top floor with your own bathroom. The bottom floor contains the kitchen, lounge, laundry, balcony along with my bedroom and bathroom.
For Manly standards, this 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is super spacious for 2 people - a rare find!
Bedroom comes partly furnished - happy to get rid of what you don't want (FYI if it were me, i would probably bring my own bed in. Also i believe the TV requires your own firestick to work).
Bond of 4 weeks is required.
Electricity and internet bills are included in the weekly rent along with a monthly professional cleaner.

About the flatmates
I am a fairly laid back, friendly and social person. I love the ocean and the outdoors - big on beach volleyball, paddleboarding, swimming, diving, hiking, yoga and latin dancing. Enjoy being active and thankfully live in an amazing part of Sydney where that is the norm :)
My ideal flatmate would be someone who shares similar interests, is respectful of common areas, clean and tidy, doesn't have pets (I do love dogs but unfortunately it is a no pet lease, however for the right person/dog I would ask my landlord if thats ok), and ideally doesn't work from home when i am (T/T/F) as I really enjoy the quiet time/space - purely a luxury though so not essential at all :)
I prefer to cook separately (no dietary restrictions) but do enjoy sharing dinners and some glasses of wine together every now and again so someone keen for a bit of socialising would be great!
