The house is tidy and clean. I maintain the house and garden. You are only required to maintain your room and bathroom by cleaning regularly. It's also relatively close to Scarborough beach which is very popular for night life and surfing. Another one of the Wolfpack is leaving to move in with his misso so we have a room in Warwick for $165 a week. $165 includes: Unfurnished queen size bedroom with built in robe and an upstairs study/room.
