The house is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood about 25 minutes from the city. It’s conveniently located near two shopping centres — Newpark and Alexander Heights — so grocery shopping is easy. Hillarys Beach is only a 15-minute drive away, perfect for a quick swim or coastal walk.
The house is modern, clean, and very well maintained. It has ducted air conditioning and heating with individual room controls, so you can enjoy a cool night in summer or stay cozy in winter. We have NBN internet, a great backyard for relaxing with a book and coffee, plus a pool and outdoor spa you can use anytime to unwind.
Right now, I have one housemate, and I’m looking for one more person to join us. The main goal is to keep a respectful, easygoing atmosphere at home.
Your room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a quality mattress, fresh new sheets, and a vanity table that can also be used as a study desk. You’ll share a clean bathroom and toilet with other person, while I have my own ensuite.
