Hi,
I’m Matt and have a fully furnished room for rent located In Landsdale for a SINGLE PERSON (sorry no couples nor children or pets).
My home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry, kitchen, dining room, tv room, outdoor area to sit back and overlook the park.
It is a 2 minute drive to Farmer Jacks (10 minute walk), close to bus stop, medical centre, dentist and chemist.
New carpets in all bedrooms.
I do NOT discriminate on male/female, straight/gay, age, race or anything else.
As long as you are polite, clean, friendly, tidy and work full time with references and NOT A PARTY PERSON I am happy.
I will say NO DRUGS ON MY PROPERTY.
I start work at 03:00am Monday- Saturday so expect respect and noice to a bare minimum during the week please.
Rent is to be paid WEEKLY (FRIDAY BY 18:00pm).
