The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.

Hi there, We are Jasmin and Cayla, a happily engaged couple from WA who moved into Cayla’s parents investment property mid January. Our town house is 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom in a gated community in Browns Pains. There is one bedroom available for a roommate with the sole use of the second bathroom, except on the rare occasion Cayla would like to use the bath (there is no bath in the ensuite) she will ask your permission and clean afterwards :) We are more than happy to share the 3rd bedroom, however it needs to remain ready for guests at all times in case our parents/family visit from WA. (should have more than enough warning) It will be set up with a double bed, which you’re guests can use too. The house will be fully furnished, but the room to rent is empty for you to decorate how you like. The house is currently empty because the moving truck with all of our things was delayed in Perth and may not be here till 1st of Feb so at the moment we have an esky as a fridge and an air mattress for comfort :) We are happy for you to add you’re own touch as well. As Cayla is South African so all we have at the moment is tribal women pillowcases! We had to leave our beloved dog behind with family so we encourage any furry friends to make their way over with you as long as they don’t bark as we will be doing shift work at some points.
