The property has a large yard and outdoor area and is located in an off street area. You would have access to living and kitchen areas and have a room and bathroom of your own. The room has a queen size bed in it and two bedside tables with a good size wardrobe with cupboard space. (You dont have to have it furnished if you have your own furniture) lovely neighbours and is very new. The house has access for internet and also has aircon.
This modern house comes furnished and the room can come partially furnished as we have a spare double mattress and spare bed sheets etc. It has a ceiling fan. The couple (or individual) that moves in will have their own bathroom, toilet and dining area. There is also a study room across from the available room. There is an aircon in the lounge room and a big comfy leather recliner couch. We are fine with smokers we just ask that you smoke outside only. We have not connected the internet yet however when we do you can access our Netflix for free! We are happy for anyone to move in however we would prefer another couple. The property is in a great location as it is near the motorway to get to the city and also near the Gold Coast highway.
