The rooms both have aircon, bills are covered in the rent, and that includes internet. I can provide a bed and basic furnishing for the rooms. One room is larger and can fit a queen bed and desk, the other can squeeze it in but it is smaller and is more of a single bed type room (and is 230/week).
There's 1 parking space in the front yard but unfortunately no covered off street parking is available.

About the flatmates
I’m renting out two rooms in my home and looking for like-minded housemates to share a calm, respectful space.
I’ve previously lived very happily with students and postgraduate professionals and am looking to do the same again. I can be chatty and enjoy thoughtful conversation, but I also respect people’s boundaries and personal space.
A few things I value:
Good communication — if something comes up, I prefer talking it through calmly
Being security-conscious (locking doors, being mindful of the house)
No drugs, smoking, vaping, excessive alcohol, or parties
Reasonable cleanliness in shared areas (tidy, not obsessive)
Conscious and considerate of noise - I like music and films but I switch it off and put on headphones if other people are around, I understand not everyone shares my tastes! If you could be similar that would be great.
I'm a 45 y/o male working as a teacher. I used to be an engineer and still love engineering.
