We live in a quite, family oriented neighbourhood but are literally only a 5 minute drive from honeysuckle, Beaumont Street, and Darby Street and only a few more minutes to the beach. Callaghan campus is a 15 minutes away whilst City campus only 5 mins :) A bike can get you anywhere quickly also with the bike track located just across the road :) The house is actually 4 bedrooms but the smallest room is a study, every room has a ceiling fan :) We live extremely close to a 7/11, very good cafe, bottle shop and take away shop! We have unlimited wifi that is only $20 a month.

It’s very very close to town and all the good destinations Newcastle has to offer! The neighbours are pretty cool! DID YOU SEE THE KITCHEN LINO!? (Personally that’s what sold it for me). I’m planning on getting a tv for the entertainment room and that will have an accessible chromecast or console attached to Netflix and Stan your day/night away. At the moment there is no aircon but the landlords are seeking out someone to install one YAY! Very helpful :D just holler and I’ll be down to help out. Emme is also a very big upside! The room is large - it easily fits a queen-sized bed with plenty of space left for activities! It also has built-ins. The house is gorgeous. Polished timber floors in the living area and kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and a gas stove that is food porn epitomised. It is technically a flat but the downstairs 'flat' is the landlord's storage space (the landlord is a legend too). It has a cheeky balcony off the front overlooking Carrington, and is near the Criterion, which maybe Newcastle's most underrated pub.
