My Boyfriend, sister and I live in a spacious 3 story renovated brick family style home. We are all students and/or work full time so while we enjoy our time off, we aren’t a party house. We have a cat Boots who rules the house, and a pool and split level backyard perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The house backs onto council property so its quiet and peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. Its a short walk to IGA, bakeries, bottle shop etc or a short drive to Coles/Woolies and Brookside Shopping Centre. Though theres a few of us living in the house, its very big and we are all out and about at different times, Jemma is currently working in Innisfail in FNQ and I am a shift worker so the house never feels crowded. We love having friends over for dinner parties or quiet drinks but we are always respectful of eachothers work and study time. We are a vegan and vego friendly household and would love to find people with similar mindsets to live in the two rooms we have available. The entire upstairs level of the house has had totally new bathrooms installed and new spacious wardrobes installed. Both rooms have space for a double bed and small desk, and have beautiful large windows with security screens. We can furnish them if you need, just ask me :) All bills are included in the rent price, and as we have solar and water saving appliances the price wont change. We do have a small room at the front of the house suitable for an office if you would like extra room for a large desk setup or you have things to store. Its an extra $20 a week but can be all yours.
