You’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and a relaxing backyard area. Private parking is available, and all utilities (electricity, water, and internet) are included in the rent.

McDowall Village Shopping Centre is just a 3-minute walk away, offering supermarkets, cafés, and essential stores. Westfield Chermside is less than 10 minutes by car, and Brisbane City is approximately a 25-minute drive.

For public transport, there is an express bus route to the CBD that takes around 30 minutes, with the bus stop conveniently located directly in front of the complex. You’ll also find nearby parks and green spaces within walking distance.

We are a couple with a 2.5-year-old daughter. It would be a bonus if you have experience with children, as there may be an opportunity for casual weekly babysitting if you’re interested. This is completely optional and not a requirement.

Minimum stay: 3 months. Long-term stays preferred.
