Other than the great company, the house itself is perfect for a share house; the kitchen is large and will only be shared between 3 people (there's a granny flat upstairs for the other two). There's generous living areas, plenty of off street parking, and amazing views in all directions. It's high on a hill so it catches the sea breeze on hot summer days. The room is large, 2.9 x 3.5M, more than enough for a queen bed, desk and wardrobe (and the wardrobe is included). We have fast unlimited internet included in the rent, and the rest of our bills are consistently low.

We have amazing ocean breezes, an older air con (won’t be 16’c in here but won’t be 40’c) and the house is just SO AIRY AND SUNNY! We’re generally relaxed people with cold beers in the fridge and music always on! We have Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, Spotify 🤣
