There's a great courtyard out the back to sit and chill, undercover and screened-in, but still gets a little sun. With a clothes line.
This place is 5 mins walk or 3 blocks from Dixon and Merewether Beach. Its also a block and a half from IGA Market, Best Coast Pizza (Awesome Pizzas), Happy Innn Chinese and a cafe, pharmacist and heaps of medical centres. The junction shops are 15 mins walk or a quick drive for coles and a whole shopping centre.
Kitchen is fully set up for cooking. Shared fridge. My thoughts are treat everyone they way you want to be treated, kindness and respect are a great start. I share the chores between my current flat mate. Which are easy and I generally just clean the kitchen after each use.
Whoever is moving in will have to be added to the lease, its part of the real estates deal.

Hi my name is Toby and you would be sharing with me. Im a Multimedia Designer, I work full time mostly at the business I work for, and occasionally at home.
I love the beach, being outdoors, cathing up with friends and sometimes just chilling out.
I am a relaxed, tidy, positive and easy to talk to guy. Happy to socialise at times, but also very happy to have my own time and give anyone living here there own space.
This place is well setup all you need to do is sort out your room. Which is a great size, blinds can easily fit a queen size bed, plus shelves or whatever you may need.
