The apartment is well light by natural light all day long, and has lovely views both towards North Head and back towards Chatswood. There are busses to both the Northern Beaches and Manly at the front door, busses to the city, Chatswood and North Sydney from across the road, and a short still from the B1. My current housemate loved being just up the hill from Balmoral Beach as well (lucky girl can get a tan haha).

The apartment is in a small, friendly block of 6 in Mosman. It is spacious, with a semi-detached style layout and features; high patterned ceilings and polished floor boards. Plantation shutters in the living areas, separate lounge and dining room. Modern fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry. Included in the rent is the car space & internet. Bills excluded from rent are the variable ones - gas and electricity to be split 50 / 50 (circa $200 per quarter). The location is excellent - boardering Cremorne and Mosman. Both Neutral Bay and Cremorne junctions are less than a 10 minute walk where buses go to the city, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Northern Beaches. Also less than a 10 minute walk to local bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, cinema, gyms and great running / walking tracks. A little about myself, I work full time, my usual working hours are 8am-6pm ish. I am an easy going, down to earth person who likes a good laugh. I love living here it's One of Mosman's best streets for Location , location , location . Short stroll to the beach a lovely tree lined area with village shops , cafes and restaurants. On the door step of Sydney Harbour and the Northern Beaches. The bedroom has plenty of light and some storage space. It comes with a queen size bed, side draws and bedside lamp and wardrobe .( If not needed I can remove ) The flat has amazing views to Manly with alfresco lounge / BBQ veranda area. The flat is fully furnished as is your room. It is also clean and tidy I would prefer to find house trained flatmate to share with. Not cleaning obessed but just enough to live in a nice and comfortable environment. Yes we have Netflix ! Close proximity to Mosman shops only 4 min walk , Bus stop to city 1min walk away 3 different ferry wharfs into the city only 5 min away . It's a 2 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and a bath .
