We also get access to the back of the building which is where I have the BBQ, a hammock and some chairs ready for summer. There is an IGA 2 blocks away, plenty of buses to the city crossing the street, Orpheum Theatre 2 blocks aways and everything we need pretty close by. Just 5 min walk to bus stops, grocery stores, cafes and 5 minutes by bus to Balmoral beach which makes this the perfect place for summer! Even though it's close to everything, it's still a quiet location and will make you feel relaxed and give you a good night's sleep. Plus, it’s an organised and clean flat! If you'd like to have a proper rest after a long day at work, then this place would be perfect! The flat was furnished with a dishwasher and washing machine. The rest of the amenities have all been bought by myself and my former flatmate but you don't have to worry about anything as the room will still have a double bed, linens, and an open wardrobe. I love cooking so the kitchen is well equipped and also has a coffee machine and moka pot. We also have chromecast so you can watch netflix or youtube or anything from the internet on a big TV! :) I think the only thing missing in this flat is a coffee table. Feel free to bring anything you like to make you feel more at home. The flat has a balcony but it’s a non smoking property so no smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 5 mins walk from the Balmoral beach. It had been renovated shortly before I moved in with the new flooring, paint, kitchen. The room available contains a queen sized and a wardrobe with mirrors. It is 5 min walk to Bridgepoint shopping centre which has Aldi, IGA and Harris Farm as well as many cafes, restaurants and gyms (Fitness first, Anytime Fitness) which are close by. Although there is a bus stop just across the street, the Spit junction bus stop where all the express buses stop, is 5 min walk which means that trip to the city takes only 15min-20min (early morning <10mins). There is also bus line to Sydneham passing through CBD, Glebe (UTS, USyd), Newtown. The apartment is in a great location and the suburb is well kept, safe and vibrant with a lot of natural surroundings which are great for running, cycling, as well as kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing.

Our cute little apartment is located in the beautiful Mosman area on the North Shore. It’s super cosy, chilled and quiet. The apartment is on the second floor (there’s only two) in a block of 4 apartments. We have a spacious balcony, which overlooks the city (see pics). Tonnes of street parking and it’s a super wide street, so if you suck at parallel parking, this could be the place for you! ;) Just a short 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop. From there you can easily get into North Sydney or the city. I work in North Sydney and get a bus straight into work and ALWAYS get a seat. The bus is often quiet empty too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Mosman Bay Whatf which is another great (and quick) way to get into the city. There’s a Woolies in Neutral Bay which is about a 5 minute drive. Tonnes of shops, cafes, gyms and beaches close by also. Internet is $22 a month and water & electricity is about $50 a month each. Bond is $1200. It’s possible that I can be quite flexible with the move in date so if the girls like you, I may be able to sort something else out :)
