Hi everybody, I am going to holiday for two weeks (10.4-26.4.) and looking for someone, who need to find a place to stay for little while. Room is light, tidy and fully furnished in 2 bedroom apartment in located on Military Road, Mosman. The apartment is sunny, comfy includes 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, living and dinning room. Kitchen is fully equipped. Excelent location: 2min to public transport (to the city by bus only ~ 10-15min); North Sydney, Milsons Point; St Leonards; Chatswood and northern beaches; supermarkets; cafes, restaurants, Fitness First and, 25 min walk distance to Balmoral Beach.

Room in large sunny house now available. The room has a bed, side table, lamp, a wall of wardrobes and rug...plus a small computer desk and chair - perfect for doing a few emails or some late night surfing. The personal belongings in the photo have been removed. You would share the large bathroom shown here with one female housemate only. We have found that everyone's clock is different and the facilities are almost never unavailable. It's a big, well lit and spacious bathroom that is actually made for sharing :) There is Apple TV and Wifi throughout, plus underfloor gas heating in all rooms. The house is 'breezy' as it is slightly elevated from the street and gets the draft from the harbour so it's never overly hot. You can walk from the house to everything: shops and cinema; buses to city, North Sydney or northern beaches; ferries to city; restaurants and bars and much more. This unit has great views of Balmoral Beach and is close to all required amenities, an easy bus ride to the CBD also. The room is unfurnished however the rest of the apartment is furnished. There is some room in the linen cupboard and kitchen to store some items such as pots and pans for cooking. The room would fit a queen bed and some other furniture. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
First of all its a studio. I am sorry, but flatmates doesnt have studios in the checklist. A studio is a big apartment with a whole kitchen (not kitchenette), bathroom and balcony. So i pay 370$/week for the real estate agency for this studio. +15$/week elec and internet. Having this amount to pay, i decided, wow, i am not here to pay for the land lord, because i am here to save and travel. So, i decided to share my Studio. I already sleep on Yoga mat, seriously 😌, i like it on the floor. And i will rent my bed ( queen size) I am not some weirdo 🙃🙃🙃 i am cool guy but i need someone to share bills and cant be bothered to wait till i find a partner. Or i don't wanna go partner at this stage of my life. I dunno. The bills come up every week and i just took this place recently, and looking for a Roommate Move as soon as possible Why am i asking for girl? because they are cooler. i had a flatmate in Australia a guy in another 2 bedroom house and he was doing drugs, he had me on a big bond, it was aweful. Worst time of my life and wont try guys anymore Close to the beach and the city for 180$, Tell me, what you can afford, i won't mind. I am engineer, and can fully afford the rental on my own but i need to save to travel 🙃 . I work full time from 5 am to 8 pm. I just use the house to trash. On weekends i am on the beach with friends. So u wont see me. 20 mins max to the city by bus 24/7. Starting mid April. A lovely little 2 bedroom, Art Deco apartment in Mosman/Cremorne. Elevated and at the back of a small block...lots of nice sun and bedroom outlook is over the treetops of the neighbourhood. I already have furniture and whitegoods including fridge, washing machine, lounge etc and the room is pretty much furnished with bed, portable wardrobe and a desk. Super close to buses direct to city side or Northern Beaches side. And on a leisurely afternoon or day off the ferry is close enough as well. Cremorne has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the iconic Orpheum Theatre. If you like to mix it up a little Mosman Village and Neutral Bay are on either side of us so you'll never be stuck for an option.

It is a quaint, cute granny flat on top of a house. It is close to transport, cafes and shops. There is a free Mosman Rider Bus outside the house that can take you to Balmoral Beach in 8 minutes. There is a small garden and it is very quiet living here. Prefer non smokers, however light smoker will be considered as can smoke outside. The granny flat has a nice ambience and a new gas oven in kitchen. It is possible to extend beyond 4 weeks, however that is only a possibility. Very close to Fourth Village Providore where you can buy gourmet take-aways from Deli section and heat up in micro-wave in flat. Very tranquil setting.
