It's situated on a quiet, picturesque street with only local residential traffic and there's always street parking available. My preference is for a friendly, responsible, and employed housemate ($400pw for couples). The house is 2 minutes walk to Mosman Junction and Spit Junction, 10 minutes to Balmoral Beach, and a 13 minute bus ride into the city. There are wooden floorboards throughout and it has plenty of natural light. The room is large with a high ceiling, it's freshly painted and has a second private door and security screen door that open onto the front patio which is surrounded by trees. It's sun-drenched in the afternoons and has its own mounted 40" TV with Chromecast. The electricity and gas will be split evenly and bills will vary dependent on usage. Unlimited hi-speed internet is included in the rent.
