Super close to buses direct to CBD or Northern Beaches side. And on a leisurely afternoon or day off the ferry is close enough as well. Cremorne has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the iconic Orpheum Theatre. If you like to mix it up a little Mosman Village and Neutral Bay are on either side of us so you'll never be stuck for an option.

It's a great apartment block with friendly people. the place is lovely and I am biased but it's furnished well and made to feel homely. It's a great space to come home to each day, relax on the couch, cook a meal or chill on the balcony, or just retreat to your room and watch the sunset over North Sydney. The Balcony looks out over a forest of trees and the bird life is fantastic its a nice spot to have a wine and cheese. The kitchen is spacious and great to cook up some fun foods, I have alot of cooking utensils that can spice up the options. I have installed the top of the range water purification unit so there is always plenty of great water. There is a Garden out back with a vege patch that has fresh herbs and a chance to dry clothes in the sun. The local shops create a great community to live in and convenient for day to day living. The house is fully furnished and the room available has a spacious cupboard and a comfy double bed. Linen can be provided. There is a Dyson fan and phone in the room. All household cleaning and laundry products are included in the rent.
