Room 1 is quite spacious and can fit in two people. Room 2 is just a little bit smaller. We can negotiate prices to turn it the two into a shared room. Rooms have dimmable lights and a fan. Humble abode located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Bus stops going to the city and around the North Shore are just a minute walk away. Start date = now. On the edge of Mosman and Cremorne. Nice 2 bedroom flat on the 1st floor - very close to transport and shops. Great location - 30 seconds off Military road but no traffic noise. Close to the Hayden Orpheum theatre, grocery, chemist and around 10 different restaurants. It's a small room with a mattress and desk. Fully furnished. Built in cupboards. Perfect for short to medium term flatmate (5-6 months). Ideal for working holiday visa.
THE ROOM (private room shared bathroom). - Room is 3.3x2.8m. - No built ins but can easily fit a double + bedside + drawers + wardrobe. - There is a flying shelf on one of the walls also good for storage MASTER ROOM - Massive built-ins - Big room can fit a King + besides and drawers. THE FLAT I want to share this house with nice people that will get along and align with my vision of a cozy place (people sharing a house rather than renting a room and never talking to each others). I do enjoy having a chat in the kitchen but still, no one is force to do anything they do not want to. The flat is already fully furnished and equipped (except for the room) so just bring your stuff and great attitude :D The flat is located at the end of the building so no noise form military road. We also get access to the back of the building which is where I have the BBQ, a hammock and some chairs ready for summer. Washing Machine and Dryer on the building, timber floor throughout the flat, modern kitchen (no dishwasher though). There is an IGA 2 blocks away, plenty of buses to the city crossing the street, Orpheum Theatre 2 blocks aways and everything we need pretty close by. There is a common laundry area with washing machine and dryer plus plenty or hanging racks around the building if you need.

Elevated and at the back of a small block...lots of nice sun and bedroom outlook is over the treetops of the neighbourhood. I already have furniture and whitegoods including fridge, washing machine, room is furnished with bed, side table, shelf, portable wardrobe. Close to buses direct to CBD or Northern Beaches side. And on a leisurely afternoon or day off the ferry is close enough as well. Area has a great selection of shops, IGA, cafes and restaurants and the iconic Orpheum Theatre. If you like to mix it up a little Mosman Village and Neutral Bay are on either side of us so you'll never be stuck for an option.
A newly renovated house with million-dollar views of the greatest harbour in the world! We have an unfurnished bedroom available to rent in a light, airy and relaxed four bedroom house in Mosman. This is a beautiful spot to be in overlooking Mosman Bay, Mosman Rowers and the Sydney Harbour skyline. The house is massive with basically a balcony for every room. Loads of space and quiet corners. The house is a 15 minute walk to the local cafes/shops. Transport to the City (11 mins) and South Mosman Ferry is a 1 minute walk. The bedroom is unfurnished apart from large built-in wardrobes and is suitable for a queen sized bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan with a large breakfast island, two refrigerators and lots of cupboard space. The balcony has a 10-12 seated outdoor dining table the perfect spot for an afternoon BBQ on our 4-burner stainless steel barbie. The lounge area has a large plasma TV and state of the art entertainment system, and an entertaining area which opens directly onto a sunny balcony with jaw-dropping views. Off the living room is the dining room with a designer 6 seater dining room table and the study/library. The separate laundry is fully equipped and we have outdoor clotheslines. Wi-Fi; bills (gas, electricity, cleaner) are shared and are extra. There is a close on street parking lot. The surrounding garden areas are manicured and well kept. We are down-to-earth professionals who enjoy relaxing and chatting over a glass of wine. We are looking for a like-minded person who is sociable; a non-smoker, no pets who is easy-going, clean and tidy, reliable and respectful. The property is a great gateway spot to the CBD and the Northern Beaches, and the North Shore in general. You have access to one of Sydneys best beaches in Balmoral (just down the road) and you have all the amenities you need right on your doorstep - petrol station, 3 awesome cafes, Italian/Japanese/Thai restaurants. The B line buses stop at the top of the road, along with all the other main buses into the CBD or up the Northern Beaches. There is also a ferry directly into the CBD within 5mins walk of the flat. I live in a beautiful two-bedroom light filled apartment that looks over a tree lined street out across the water to Manly heads. It is the perfect location, 10 minutes walk from Balmoral and Clifton Gardens beaches, two minute walk from local shops, grocery stores, cafes and bars, and has a bus stop at the doorstep taking you down to the ferry or in to the city. There is plenty of storage in the open kitchen space, and a dishwasher. I have set up the balcony with some chairs to enjoy some sunshine, read a book, have a morning coffee etc. I have just set up internet, cost for you will be $30 a month and it is unlimited, so you can stream and netflix as often as your heart desires. The apartment block has an internal laundry on the entrance level. Your bedroom has the best view in the apartment, looking out upon the beautiful tree lined quiet street, and across the water to manly heads.
