The best thing about living in Mosman is that it truly is a beautiful place.. there is the best of everything.. the city is 15 mins away.. manly is 15 mins away..Taronga Zoo is quite literally 3 mins away.. shops and cafes are everywhere.. it is the unsung hub of sydney! This flat is one of seven and all the neighbors here are friendly and often have a chat in the hallways.. There are the most amazing walks around Mosman... balmoral beach is a 5 min drive from here and the ferries are on the same street! pretty fabulous place to live! We have views put our windows and it is really quiet around here! The room is small, (2.5 x 3.5) it has a window and a floating shelf.. my current housemate has a white ikea wardrobe in the room which she is happy to leave in the room for a fee. No pets.. sorry gals!

My place for up to 6 months starting mid January. A lovely little 2 bedroom, Art Deco apartment in Mosman/Cremorne. Elevated and at the back of a small block...lots of nice sun and bedroom outlook is over the treetops of the neighbourhood. I already have furniture and whitegoods including fridge, washing machine, lounge etc and the room is pretty much furnished with bed, portable wardrobe and a desk. Super close to buses direct to city side or Northern Beaches side. And on a leisurely afternoon or day off the ferry is close enough as well. Cremorne has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the iconic Orpheum Theatre. If you like to mix it up a little Mosman Village and Neutral Bay are on either side of us so you'll never be stuck for an option.

This is a really large apartment with great sized bedrooms and heaps of storage. Bedroom is unfurnished (furniture you can see in the pictures is my flatmates which she will be taking with her) The apartment is split level so the living area and kitchen are on the lower floor and bedrooms are on the upper floor. It's so close to the city express bus stop that it's great for anyone working in the CBD. The restaurants in the area are superb and I love my weekend breakfasts at Bourke Street Bakery just below the building.
