If you love to go to beach, Manly Island is just approximately 30 minutes away and transportation is just around the corner. It is also close to Taronga Zoo, Warrigah Mall and Cremorne Point to name a few. The room is fully furnished, equipped with basic kitchen wares, utensils, oven, ref, washing machine and dryer. The room on offer is in quirky, Art Deco feeling apartment on the top floor of an old house that has been split into two separate dwellings. The apartment has windows on almost every wall so there is fantastic natural light and leafy outlooks. There is so much shared living space - 2x living rooms (connected), enormous sunroom, kitchen, dining room and large back patio. This place truly feels like a home in its own right. I have plenty of furniture making the space work however there is room for more. I'd be keen to ensure the second living space has a fold out couch for guests to sleep on if a friend/family was to stay over too. This space can be sectioned off like a spare room when needed. At the top of the street there are buses into the city or Crows Nest. You are 5 minutes away from either Neutral Bay shops or Cammeray main strip, however the street is so quiet and peaceful. There is no off street parking but plenty of un-timed street parking with spots always available right out front. There is air conditioning, and gas in the living areas and a fan in each bedroom. There is a gorgeous park by the water just a short walk away with tennis courts. This park is full of dogs all the time if you want a puppy fix!
