The bright and airy apartment is in an awesome Art Deco building with only 4 units in the block and it’s 100 metres walk from Balmoral Beach. Yay!! The outlook is pretty trees and the street is gorgeous. The apartment is light and airy with a pretty modern bathroom and kitchen, stunning original ceilings, beautiful skylights that make it light and bright and great modern furniture. My friends always comment that the apartment has a peaceful feeling to it. The bedroom available is a nice space with a sunny outlook. You’ll sleep well, wake up refreshed, cook beautiful meals in the sunny kitchen and feel at home and relaxed. The bedroom is fully furnished, just as the pictures show, there’s a comfortable bed, designer bedsides and matching lamps and a cream leather Barcelona chair. It also has a big built-in wardrobe to store all your much loved belongings easily. Quality linens and towels and beach towels are also available if you want to use these or feel free to use your own if you’d like to. All the usual stuff is here to enjoy, Wifi, utilities, netflix, new kitchen appliances, internal laundry with new washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, tv etc. I have an amazing Filipino lady who comes to clean the apartment very fortnight. I love her!! She’s like Mary Poppins :) has the sweetest manner and the place is always sparkling when she’s been. The cost of bills and the cleaner is on top of the rent amount. Would be great to have someone move in for at least 6-12 months. Could be ideal for someone who has just moved to Sydney or just wants a lovely beachside home. It’s such a lovely place to live and will be great to have a fab new flatmate who wants to live in Balmoral. I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the beachside lifestyle. I get up in the mornings have a swim or walk by the water an awesome way to start the day. Fish and chips in the evening, amazing cafes for coffee and lunch at the doorstep, special restaurants for dinner, sunbathing in the afternoon, a morning kayak or SUP, coastal walks (I love the one to Taronga zoo overlooking the heads) or wander up to the Mosman village and all the fabulous shops. All this and it is also so close to the city. It’s just heavenly. Like living life on a permanent beachside holiday.
This beautiful spacious townhouse sits on the upper side of Mosman Street Mosman. There is a nice Long balcony looking over Mosman Bay. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Mosman Bay Ferry or Bus stop. The tenant can not only has own bedroom but also has a seperate living room facing east on first floor. Secure complex. 5-min walk (2-min panicked jog) to the South Mosman Ferry which a 15-min trip to Circular Quay. 5 min bus (15 - 20 min walk) to Mosman Junction where there are restaurants and public transport to anywhere and everywhere. The place is fully furnished, including the vacant master bedroom. The room easily fits any sized bed and has a nice little ensuite with a shower. A massive wardrobe is included with plenty of storage. The flat also has a private washer and drier. We have Netflix, an xbox and unlimited wifi package.
The property is located in the heart of Mosman Village. You will find everything you need just few minutes walking, including the stunning Balmoral Beach. We have a bus stop one block from the unit with connections at Spit Junction for any part of Sydney. The city is only 15 min by bus and you will have the option to take a Ferry, Mosman Bay is less than 10min walking. Mosman is beautiful, peaceful, elegant and safe. What I love most about this flat is that actually you will feel like living in a house, it is so comfortable with a great space, very charming and quiet. The neighborhood is friendly. Its just an amazing place to call home : ) * The street is full of houses which makes very easy to find space to park your car. * A double or queen bed fits perfectly in the room. * For movie lovers we have a very nice Smart TV and home theater in the living room whit Netflix plus apple TV. * My rent is paid monthly every first day of the month.
This is a beautiful room centrally located to transport (3 min walk), movies (3 min walk), dry cleaners (2 min walk), IGA (2 min walk) and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Uber pool is also available in the area, so transport to local spots is very easy. People throughout the building are very friendly and accommodating, making it a warm environment. There is an abundance of natural light throughout the apartment, and also a view of Cremorne from both the bedroom and lounge room. The balcony is great for evening drinks for 2-3, and will be great for summer. The apartment is fully furnished, which includes a couch, coffee table, table for the balcony, stools for the kitchen bench and general utensils. Additional utensils and helpful household items would ideally be preferred. The laundry is a shared laundry (restricted to our floor), but with a new machine recently installed in the last 2 months - shared between 5 apartments.

Start date = now. On the edge of Mosman and Cremorne. Lovely 2 bedroom flat on the 1st floor - very close to transport and shops. Great location - 30 seconds off Military road but no traffic noise. Close to the Hayden Orpheum theatre, grocery, chemist and around 10 different restaurants. It's a small room with a mattress and desk. Fully furnished. Built in cupboards. Ideal for working holiday visa.
The House: A large two story, 1950s, 3 bedroom house in Mosman with an in-ground pool. The main house is located on the top level and features: - A large lounge area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, built-in shelving, fire place (that we don't use), reading chair and lamps + a TV - Dining room with 6 person table and chairs, extra couch and lamp - 1.5 bathrooms with rain shower, vanity, toilet, linen cupboard and full size bathtub in the main bathroom (a second toilet is located in the laundry) - Fully equiped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, 4 burner electric oven/stove, microwave, kettle/toaster, pots/pans, cutlery/crockery - Laundry with sink, toilet, front-loader washing machine and large clothesline The house has big windows and a lot of natural light. Each window either has plantation shutters or venetian blinds. There are several plants around and the house in general is surrounded by trees and greenery. We have fast internet (NBN) that's available throughout the entire house. Also, for those concerned, we have a huge water heater/tank (1300L). We've never once run out of hot water and the water is piping hot (70 degrees). The backyard is split over three levels that has an in-ground pool (that's taken care of by the owner) and two grassed areas. There's a 6 burner BBQ, a 6 person outdoor dining set, hammocks, an outdoor shed (full of hardwood firewood), fire pit, and a full size clothesline. We also have a working compost for our green waste. The front yard is grassed and has a 3 person picnic table/chair set up with another fire pit under a frangipani tree. We're in a great located down a quiet dead-end street that's only a few minutes walk to regular city buses (route 243) or a 10-15 minute walk up to Military Road (many buses to the city). We are a short stroll to a small park and bush walking/running trails that lead to Manly. There is also water access/a public jetty on our street. There are several supermarkets close by at Spit Junction (Harris Market, IGA, Aldi etc), and Balmoral Beach is a 5 minute drive away (handy if you like to swim/run in the morning). There's ample street parking out the front which is safe (the road is wide). We won't lie, the house is a bit old but it has a lot of charm and it's a solid base in Mosman. We love it :) *Please note that the entire downstairs level of the house (including the garage), has been converted into a fully self-contained unit with a separate entrance that's rented. Our front door is located on the left side of the building up a flight of stairs. **No dogs, cats or couples considered sorry. -- Viewing in December as I'm away for work right now. The apartment is in an older style building, it is sunny and sits within a very green garden. It has wonderful of character and high ceilings. The building neighbors are friendly and quiet. It is a short walk to shops, buses to the city and a walk or bus to the ferry. It is easy to park in the street near the apartment if you have a car.
Unit is in a quite street and the shops and buses are only a five minute walk. There is NBN Wifi, Netflix, air conditioning, dishwasher, views from the balcony and a washing machine. Check the photos posted. Looking for some one to move in from 16th December 2019
