We have fast internet (NBN) that's available throughout the entire house. Also, for those concerned, we have a huge water heater/tank (1300L). We've never once run out of hot water and the water is piping hot (70 degrees). The backyard is split over three levels that has an in-ground pool (that's taken care of by the owner) and two grassed areas. There's a 6 burner BBQ, a 6 person outdoor dining set, hammocks, an outdoor shed (full of hardwood firewood), fire pit, and a full size clothesline. We also have a working compost for our green waste. The front yard is grassed and has a 3 person picnic table/chair set up with another fire pit under a frangipani tree. We're in a great located down a quiet dead-end street that's only a few minutes walk to regular city buses (route 243) or a 10-15 minute walk up to Military Road (many buses to the city). We are a short stroll to a small park and bush walking/running trails that lead to Manly. There is also water access/a public jetty on our street. There are several supermarkets close by at Spit Junction (Harris Market, IGA, Aldi etc), and Balmoral Beach is a 5 minute drive away (handy if you like to swim/run in the morning). There's ample street parking out the front which is safe (the road is wide). We won't lie, the house is a bit old but it has a lot of charm and it's a solid base in Mosman. We love it :) *Please note that the entire downstairs level of the house (including the garage), has been converted into a fully self-contained unit with a separate entrance that's rented. It is a quaint, cute granny flat on top of a house. It is close to transport, cafes and shops. There is a small garden and it is very quiet living here. The granny flat has a nice ambience and a new gas oven in kitchen. Very close to Fourth Village Providore where you can buy gourmet take-aways from Deli section and heat up in micro-wave in flat. Balmoral Beach is about a 10 min bus trip and a great spot! My granny flat is really only suited to a single person as I only have a double bed. Very tranquil setting.

No off street parking available, but it's easy to find all day parking a few minutes walk away and the complex has visitors parking too.
Great location! Just 5 minute walk from military road, and 5 minutes to the ferry. Beautiful water views from all bedrooms and an amazing shared terrace. The bedroom - double bedroom, which would fit double bed easily. It could fit queen but this would limit other furniture you can fit into the room. The room has a window with full views of harbour and even the harbour bridge! Very decent sized built in wardrobe. Television outlet in the room. Plenty of on street, unlimited parking (no permit required). I have all the kitchen appliances, cutlery, and household items, although need to find a new living room sofa and television. Decent sized share bathroom.
