I am planning to move out and am ideally looking for someone to move in around 15 February. While the room may be available slightly earlier, a minimum stay of 3 months is preferred. I am genuinely sad to be leaving as the current housemates are fantastic. Both guys work in hospitality and are often out, so you will frequently have the apartment largely to yourself.

I’m an HR professional with a passion for cooking, running marathons, hitting the gym, and enjoying movies. Originally from Ireland, I love traveling and recently found joy in visiting Balmoral Beach. I recently turned 30 and, while I find myself going out less frequently now, I’m always up for a good time if the right opportunity comes along.
