This is a large, sunny room for a second bedroom in a large older-style flat in Cremorne Point. 6 mins. from the Old Cremorne ferry wharf, next to beautiful foreshore walks and waterviews. Close to bus route. The flatmate will share with an older female artist/art teacher who sees the flat as a "retreat" from the bustle of modern life. I prefer a tenant who works Mon - Fri 9-5 as I teach two small art classes in the the flat,where I put everything back afterwards. Non-smoker preferred.
A little gem in Neutral Bay - located in the heart of Neutral Bay Junction, right next door to the bus stop which brings you to the city in 8 min. There are L buses and the B-Line bringing you to the Northern Beaches in no-time and the bus directly to Manly also stops in front of the house. We live above a shop and only have neighbours on one side. The apartment is a 2-bedroom unit with a shared bathroom and separate toilet, open plan kitchen and a cosy courtyard. Perfect for BBQs and a glass of wine after work. The unit is fully furnished, your bedroom can come with a queen mattress if you need one (no bed frame though). The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer. There is a little courtyard which is perfect for BBQs, beers with friends or a bit of sunbathing in the morning. We have a separate laundry/storage. The place comes with internet, Netflix and Stan, normal cable TV and is supplied with all kitchen equipment. There are lots of cool little bars and restaurants around, and we live a 2 min walk from Woolworths and the bottle shop. Everything is super convenient! There is no parking spot, but you can park on the street after 6pm and there are a few parking spots for all day parking 2 streets further down, in case you don't need your car for a day. Electricity, internet, cable TV, Netflix, Stan are all included in the rent. Pretty much all bills are included, you don't have to worry about anything else. Happy to look into getting a cleaner a couple of times a week if that is something you would be interested in.

Located at the start of Cremorne Point reserve, one of the most beautiful locations overlooking Sydney harbour and a great spot to walk, run or sit and enjoy the view. There is also a community pool. Quiet neighbourhood 10 min drive to Sydney CBD. The apartment is in a complex of 5. The room is not furnished but the rest of the apartment has everything you need. The bedroom has hard wood floors and a built in robe with mirrors. Easy street parking is available. Location and transport: There is a ferry on the point and bus stop outside the house. The ferry from Cremorne Point direct to Circular Quay is a 7 min walk, or 5 min if you get the bus outside the house down there. Walking distance to Neutral Bay shops, The closest trains are North Sydney and Kirribilli which are both 5 min by car (you can also get a bus to them, 30 min walk or $9 Uber).
We have 2 extra bedroom and are looking to rent out only one. The 3rd will be used for office space and family (on the rare occasion they visit). It is a quiet area and has a garden area, great for BBQs and beers! Another guy lives in the flat above us, whom we have yet to get to know ( we are only now moving in) There is no smoking in the house and do not want a roommate who expects parties or frequent sleepovers with randoms! The Neighbourhood: The Cremorne/Neutral Bay area is a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD; however, it is still conveniently located to give you access to different parts of Sydney, whether it be city or beach. There are 2 major supermarkets, a popular Sydney pub (The Oaks), cafes and restaurants, newsagency, bakery, dry cleaners, gym, movie theatre and park all within a short walking distance. Getting around: There are 2 buses right at our doorstep that take you to Circular Quay. Or it is only a 10 min walk to Military Rd, which gives you easy access to buses to the Queen Victoria Building (10 mins), Wynyard Station (7 mins) Central Station (15 mins), Newtown (25 mins), Manly Beach (20 mins), Balmoral Beach (10 mins) just to name a few. There is a visitor parking lot with plenty of spots and street parking should you have your own car. Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking permitted in the apartment. Female flatmate preferred. But the room is unfurnished. Only a few minutes walk to Neutral Bay junction the area offers a huge amount of restaurants and shops. It is also only one bus stop from Sydney CBD or North Sydney.

Great location! Just 5 minute walk from military road, and 5 minutes to the ferry. Beautiful water views from all bedrooms and an amazing shared terrace. The bedroom - double bedroom, which would fit double bed easily. It could fit queen but this would limit other furniture you can fit into the room. The room has a window with full views of harbour and even the harbour bridge! Very decent sized built in wardrobe. Television outlet in the room. Plenty of on street, unlimited parking (no permit required). I have kitchen appliances, cutlery etc and some living room furniture. Happy for someone to bring some of their furniture. :) Decent sized share bathroom.

The apartment is quite large with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 balconies, high ceilings within a secure complex. Leafy views from all balconies. Access to the pool. Laundry is internal and is available for use by all flatmates. It is not a party house. Internet access is included in weekly rent. It is close to 2 ferry wharves, multiple bus stops, a park, and Woolworths/Coles. The City CBD is a 10 minute bus ride. North Sydney train station is a 5 minute bus ride. The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. If furnishings is required I have a double bed and bedside tables available. It is available for medium to long-term stays, peferably a minimum of 6 months. You will have sole use of a full bathroom which includes a shower and separate bath. Utility bills are not included in rent. They will be split evenly amongst the 2 of us.
