Hello! we have one small room costing $260 per week from January 26 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. The room is unfurnished but has a large white Ikea wardrobe. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. Come and check it out if your a positive type, not a party animal and know how to keep a clean house.

I am renting out the back unit which is fully furnished and has its own separate entrance and we do not share this space. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower (only) and a bedroom with a TV. It also has a small but well defined living space with a two seater couch, kitchen table and chairs. We have a large backyard with gardens, outdoor furniture and is very well situated to the Neutral Bay junction shops and therefore transport.
