The whole apartment is furnished. It is a 2 bedroom apartment but I will close off one bedroom, so the available space left is a 1 bedroom with study (the master bedroom). The apartment is very nice with tall ceilings and a lot of natural light. Bedroom is of generous size with a sunroom/study connected through french doors, bedroom has built-in wardrobe. The toilet and shower room is separated from each other. There is a large private backyard with outdoor seating. The kitchen is modern of good size, very well equipped with white goods and cooking utensils. Private laundry with front load washing machine and dryer, backyard also has a big clothing rack. Great location, close to buses and ferries taking you to CBD and elsewhere. Restaurants, parks, pool, grocery stores and shopping is nearby or just a short stroll away. Also quite close to Balmoral beach, you can walk, bike or a short distance with car or bus. The rent includes all bills except internet. The queen size mattress in the available bedroom is brand new, never slept on. Observe: The place will initially be shared with me, for a couple of months. Rent will be deducted the weeks that is shared ($480/w) until my departure. The kids have grown up and moved out and we have a spare bedroom in our quiet semi-detached federation house, which is minutes walk to the shops/restaurants of Mosman village. Beautiful Balmoral Beach is a 10-15 min walk down the hill. There's a bus stop directly outside with frequent services to Taronga Zoo (and ferry on to the city) and also to Wynyard in the City and Balmoral Beach. The communal kitchen/living area is split into two spaces - TV/Lounge room and open-plan farmhouse-style kitchen. There is one shared bathroom with shower but no bath. (As a backup, there's also a functioning toilet and shower in the downstairs basement. But it's only a backup).
