We are currently looking for Housemates to Share this Beautiful Home! 🥳
Our Home:
Location: Nestled in the heart of Mosman, just 15 minutes from the city, 2 mins walk from bus stop. 5 minutes from shops and various choices of local cafes and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and bays, for you to discover. ✨
Structure: A beautiful 3-level home with ample space and light, beautiful Mosman Bay view.
Features: Each room has its own balcony or courtyard overlooking our lush garden or the stunning bay area.
Amenities: Enjoy access to our pool in the Summer months, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our well-maintained garden, ideal for relaxing, gardening or starting your own veggies patches.🌈
We have a small and adorable chihuahua named Benji, he’s OBSESSED with food. He’s very clean and obedient, and the oldest member of the family (almost 18 years old! That’s around 120 dog years) adding a bit of joy to our home. 🐶
Unfortunately, apart from Benji we are not welcoming any other pets at this property.

About Us:
Megan: (in her late 20s) Works in the Film/TV Industry as a sound producer. 🎞️ Megan is super sweet and easy going, loves dogs and collecting random treasures. In her downtime she likes to spend time at the beach or with her friends/family. Megan also has a very impressive vinyl collection. 😎
Wei: (in her late 20s) Wei is Christian ✝️ she loves fashion and being active. Wei works from home, and when she’s not working she is attending Pilates and boxing classes 🥊 or practicing her faith. 🙏🏻
What We Enjoy 🥳:
Ideally, because of our age range, We are looking for mature ladies from their mid 20s-mid 30s. we are not a party house hold, and don’t always have people over. (Sometimes it’s okay)
As an All Women Household, we respect and support the woman we live with and we are all hard working individuals.
We plan “family outings” every now and then, like going to cafes or going shopping, trying new restaurants together, and at home we appreciate the simple things like chatting while cooking dinner with one another. 🥂 We LOVE to host dinners/bbq/potluck fortnightly with all the housemates (depending on everyone’s schedules ). As much as we love having fun, we respect each other's space/alone time and maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city, bus stop is only 2 minute walk around the corner of the street making it perfect for anyone who needs quick access to urban amenities while enjoying a quiet neighborhood. (Street parking is available for anyone with a car, but no roof-top parking atm)
