This apartment is an amazing location — close to public transport and shops! There is a bus stop (ie 230) right in front of the apartment. Going into the CBD is approx 30-40 mins in the morning. Shops and supermarket is a 5 min drive or approx 10-15 min walk. Balmoral beach is only 5 mins drive away! 🏖️
The room will be unfurnished however fits a double bed plus a desk (as pictured). Bathroom will be shared with one other person. The apartment has a washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The room does not come with parking however plenty of street parking!

Hi, looking for someone to take over my room in a light-filled apartment in Mosman! ☀️
You will be sharing the apartment with a female in her early 30s originally from Poland but have been living in Australia for a while.
Looking for someone who is around the same age ie 28-35 years old and only wfh 2x a week. Must be clean and respect the shared space. ☺️ This is not a party house, but rather a quiet one and current flatmate works early hours and have to wake up early and also go to bed early.
All gender welcome, however no couples please!
