Right on The Esplanade, opposite beautiful Balmoral Beach, our apartment sits back, so you get the view, but also the privacy.
Tall ceilings, tiled floors with carpeted bedrooms, the bifold doors open out to a medium sized balcony that is so peaceful to eat, relax or even work from home. Your room sits at one end of the hallway, with the bathroom in between our room. Galley style kitchen with all appliances including coffee machine and dishwasher. The living room is super spacious with a feature mirror and mini bar fridge. The lounge room looks out to the ocean with smart TV and sonos sound. Bathroom is shared, with a large double head shower and plenty of cupboard space.
We're on the second level of a very secure and private apartment. There's a double garage if you have a car or bike to securely store, a seperate storage room for any surfboards or other gear you may own, as well as floor to ceiling storage cupboards in the living room.

Open to discussing your length of stay, needs for a bed ( the sofa bed in the room currently is available or can be removed, it's a double), and any other questions you might have. Rent is paid fortnightly. We're only looking for like-minded, relaxed folks who have a busy schedule, but also like to enjoy a calm environment at home. We do have bbq facilities and we're not against friends visiting, but this isn't a party house, so ideally you have your own social life.
