There are other items, or, if you would prefer to furnish your self, that works, however the bed stays. You are encouranged to make the room your own. If that includes artwook, there are picture rails. The main bathroom is opposite your room. It is mainly for your use, however my ensuite has a bath (which you can use) but no shower. We share the use of the shower only. My home is walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, CBD, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema, cafes and Coles/Woollies. Located right on the cycle/walking track. The only bills are electricity (monthly) and wood (as needed in winter). Just topped it up! The internet (NBN) is connected and works! + Telstra TV. Also Stan, Netflix and others are available, however that will be at your cost. Some everyday household costs are included, for example toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, some other cleaning products, internet, etc. No smokers, No recreational/unprescribed drugs. Sadly the fence is not pet-proof, so must decline that request. Working students, Mature-age and some shift workers are welcome, short, long and part-time stays all considered.
