Hello potential housemates!

I'm currently looking for a housemate to join my lovely 3-bedroom house that's a 20-minute walk/2-minute drive from the heart of Bowral.

The house itself has two larger living areas with lots of windows for light and fresh air, a central semi-open kitchen, and four bedrooms.

One bedroom is currently a study/office that can be shared, and one bedroom will become a guest room. The room for rent is the largest room in the house, with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite.

The house is carpeted and has a garden that wraps around two sides with a large, beautiful tree in the centre. There is also a large open garage with plenty of storage space, and a laundry room with a top-load washer and dryer.

I have a dog named Shylo who occasionally comes to stay with me when they aren't staying at my parents'.

Smokers welcome, just asked not to smoke within the house or near open windows, and unfortunately, no more pets allowed.

The ideal housemate will be around my age, down-to-earth, and understanding. I have ASD and am looking for the right candidate who has previous ASD experience/knowledge to mutually help me acclimate to share-housing. You will not need to give any support. With this dynamic, you are a housemate and not a carer, but I am looking for somebody kind and empathetic who can communicate clearly and establish/respect boundaries.

All bills are included in the rent, and the rent could potentially be lowered further for the right person. The room is currently listed for March 1st, but it can be available whenever the right person comes along.
