This is a very cosy place to live. I’ve just recently moved in myself and have also furnished the place. Quiet street, close to the homemaker centre on bungower road. Plenty of parking on street plus also another car spot under cover.
Nearly all the rooms have an Xbox and TV,, unlimited internet connection at the fasted speed, plus in the house you have a cinema, music room (listen 0nly) but also you have views over the bay (only just), five different relaxation areas, dining room, The house is full of art, old and contemporary and if you want to play music the house is large enough, no one will notice, suppose that depends on the instrument. There is also Netflix, and Stan, but the cinema has over 2000 movies you can watch
This house is situated near the top of Olivers Hill, and around the corner from several beaches, with Frankston and Mount Eliza beaches being the closest. There are wineries, bars and cafes nearby, with local hairdressers, pizza shop and local store nearby. The room that you would use is light and bright, with sliding doors to outside deck, offering a beautiful view of the garden. We also have a spa area outside. There is a large parking area so your car would be secure. Locally, we also have Chisholm TAFE, Monash University, and good transport links with bus stops, and train station not too far away. We also live near Sweetwater Creek which is a wonderful scenic walk, and there are other parks and ovals nearby. The house is very clean and organised so you will be expected to clean up after yourself every time. Unlimited Internet is available if required. The house is on a quiet street about 10 minutes from Bayside Shopping Center in Frankston and about 15 minutes from Mornington.
