A very comfortable room. I am 10 mins away from Logan Road - Excellent bus transport options - 10 /15 minutes from CBD (depending on traffic). I keep my home clean and tidy and request the same of a future flat mate. Though I only have one bathroom which has shower & toilet, there is an additional separate toilet / hand basin in the house (which is a bonus). Undercover parking available. An excellent Queen bed, nearly new, bought from David Jones. I can provide linen (Sheraton sheets / towels) and basic bathroom necessities. You may certainly use what condiments I have in the kitchen cupboard which is very well stocked. I have hobbies which take me out of the house for a couple of evenings. I consider I have a happy and positive disposition.
Holland Park is a fantastic location. The house is located in an isolated, peaceful, quiet spot on the end of the street. There is plenty of storage underneath, a reserve / park next door which is great to walk when wanting to get out for a bit of air. If public transport is your main choice of travel - there are bus stops near the house which take you right on the bus expressway straight into the city.
