The house is a cool little Queenslander and has a huge backyard. There's one parking spot in the drive way and heaps of street parking available. The place can be mostly furnished but there's definitely room if you've got your own stuff- there's also storage under the house. The room has a built in and is $125p/w (pictured)- it has an adjoining door to my room however this hasn't been an issue in the past. We can negotiate the car space into the rent if required, and there's a bed, mattress and desk available to purchase if needed. The room isn't massive but it comfortably fits a queen bed and desk.
