We are seeking 1 x FEMALE Housemate who works Full time in office/at work site.
We live in a very spacious 2 story house in a great location! Both down and upstairs have large lounge rooms. The kitchen is huge with a separate butler’s pantry! Rent per week is $320.00 and is inclusive of all bills (electricity, water and Internet).

Built 10 years ago, with an outside undercover entertainment area, 2 large lounge rooms and a massive dinning table area. There is plenty of space to catch up, do your own thing and connect with other housemates or a few friends.
Plenty of shared storage areas including upstairs cupboards, your own room and the garage.
One car park on the drive way that is shared between tenants and also plenty of street parking available.
We have one cute elderly cat that lives here — Free pats and cuddles included!

Cafe and coffee lovers dream!! Seriously.. There is plenty of shops close by you will love it. The Mount Gravatt Plaza has a number of shops (Woolworths, Coles, cafes etc). There are many cool local restaurants/café just along the main road (Logan Rd) which is within walking distance if you love your coffee like we do!
Plus.. It takes only 6 minutes to drive to Westfield Carindale and 8 minutes to Garden City. The M1 and M3 are only a matter of minutes away with easy access, super convenient! It roughly takes 15 minutes and you're in the city.
There is a bus stop on creek road which is 4 houses down from ours!

The room for rent upstairs is a generous size with a large double sliding mirrored wardrobe, plenty of storage (another two more sliding doors for storage in the upstairs area), ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a privacy lock.

About the flatmates
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
Someone who works full time and no work from home, as Nathan and Monique work from home, full time, in their own businesses.
We would love to welcome someone into our home who is who finds it easy to communicate and be apart of a team with house chores, shared spaces (as both areas downstairs and upstairs are shared).
Important you value a clean environment and will respect the house as if it was your own. We use a roster for all the shared chores and are seeking to connect with someone who is able to do their part in the weekly shared jobs. You will share a bathroom (with a bath and shower) and toilet (separate to bathroom) with Rommel upstairs and there is also another guest toilet downstairs.
We want to highlight that there is plenty of space in our 2 story house.
You won’t notice that you live with more than 1 other person — Due to the large house size and outgoing nature of all the housemates we all live full and active lives.
You will see when you come round that the inside and outside spaces of the house have so many little pockets for you to spend time relaxing after work, with your friends, down time alone and having a chat or dinner around the place.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀:
Rommel: Works Full-Time as a Manufacturing Co-ordinator during the week and is a daily gym-goer and runner. Always down to have a good chat. His weekends are filled with run club, camping, hiking adventures and socializing with his friends/family. You will catch him early mornings or late at night.
Monique: Has her own online business working with women to build their confidence and self trust. (Monique and Nathan are in a relationship and live in the room downstairs together — we have one super cute Birman male cat). Values personal development, lifting weights, animals and nature. Her days are a fusion of working in her business, exercise, time with Nathan, socialising and supporting her clients online.
Nathan: Owns a local social sporting competition. Values his own space but doesn’t mind a bit of a chat every now and again. Works on site for his business 3 times a week. He likes to take photos in his spare time and travel with Mon.
