About the property
Looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful townhouse. Built in 2020, the property is modern and spacious with lots of natural light.
The house has 3 bedrooms but I am only looking to rent one room as I will keep the other as a spare.
The bedroom for rent is furnished with a double size bed and has a built-in wardrobe. There is some extra storage space under the stairs. You will also have access to your own bathroom. The second bathroom will be yours however guests may use it when they come over for dinner etc. I would give you prior notice if someone was coming to the property.
There is ducted aircon throughout as well as fans so we stay cool in summer.
A small office space is available for work from home days with monitors and docking station setup.
There is a small garden downstairs as well as a large balcony with fabulous views over the surrounding hills and lights at night.
We are in a very convenient area with bus stops, shops and cafes all within easy walking distance.
The rent with bills and wifi included is $300 per week.
