House is for sale so you will need to have the property spotless and vacant for around 40mins every saturday but there will most likely be a 6 week break from viewings over christmas. Homestay with Breakfast & Dinner, Use of WiFi. We live in Hornsby. It is one of the safest, clean and green suburb of North Sydney. Heated swimming pool, bush walks, bowling clubs, Westfield Mall, cinemas, cafes, restaurants, night club, parks, Public BBQs all in the range of 10 minutes walk. We have been providing homestay to students and guests for the past 10 years. We provide breakfast and dinner everyday. Tea and coffee is available all the time. Use of Wifi is also included in the rent. Minimum stay is 4 weeks and the rent is $250 per week. If the stay is less than 4 weeks our charges are $260 per week. Additional guest $30 per day. We do not allow smoking and drinking in the house. However one can smoke outside the house. The room is fully furnished. It has bed, wardrobe, table, chair, lamp etc. Separate key and lock, separate entry. Each room has a large window opening towards garden. Our place is only 3 minutes to Hornsby station by bus and 12 minutes by walk. It takes about 33 minutes to travel to Central by Express Train, 22 minutes to Chatswood or Macquarie University, 18 minutes to Strathfield. Our house rules are simple family rules.
