Awesome apartment right in the heart of Townsville City. On the 5th floor, with large balcony and direct access to the pool! Tall ceilings and large glass sliding doors keeps the apartment cool in summer. The room available is the master bedroom, has a large walk in robe and ensuite attached. The room itself is fairly large, comes with a queen bed and bedside table + lamp. Apartment is fully furnished and fairly new. Just around the block from city lane - pretty much everything is walking distance which is awesome. Bills are additional to rent, but because the apartment is so breezy, we barely use the aircon even in summer. Internet is $20 a month extra for unlimited. Secure parking is available downstairs.
