This house is in an amazing location set back off a little road (up lots of steps!!) close to Flinders street. It's quite a compact place, with a bathroom, utility room, small-ish kitchen and one large living area. But it has a great terrace with views over the city towards Mount Stewart. One of the best spots to live in Townsville. Centrally located with great views of the river and Flinders Street. 1 min to walk to the heart of the city. Plenty of room within the house and a huge kitchen. Lots of room on the deck for a few drinks if you are inclined. We currently have a lovely Blue Heeler (Sky) so would be looking for someone who is dog friendly.

Downstairs is a chill area and enough space to park your car. It's located in this cool pocket at the end of a dead end road. So it's quiet but it's just 5 min away from city, beach and all the happening.
