About the flatmates
My partner and I are renting out our two bed townhouse in North Ward, Townsville. We only recently bought it, and have fully furnished it with brand new furniture and appliances.
Suitable for young professionals (single or couples) backpackers, students, defence personnel. This is not a party house and is in great condition, it’s tailored for people who want a nice space to call home.
The house is on a very quiet little residential street, 4 blocks from The Strand and a 12 min walk from Juliette’s gelato cafe.
Room 1 is already taken by a lovely Irish couple, currently undergoing their 88 days regional work. They will leave in January 2026 (new flat mates will then move in)
Room 2 is available to rent from 20th December 2025, it consists of a Queen bed, bedside tables, aircon and built in wardrobes.
Wifi and all bills included in the price of $425 per week per room for singles or couples alike.
