Unlimited high speed wireless internet, electricity and gas are all included in the price and the garden is taken care of for you so there’s nothing more to pay. If you enjoy walking the Hill then it's right at your doorstep. It’s a couple of hundred meters from the nearest bus stop, close to other public transport such as Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal and the interstate bus terminal and only a short, 6km taxi ride to the airport. I recently have obtained a rental in Northward very close to the strand which is good if you like to get out and about. It is a two bedroom apartment. Tiles throughout which is nice because it is cleanable. It appears to be recently renovated and has quite a large living space, kitchen, separate laundry, toilet downstairs and bathroom (with bath upstairs) as well as a separate store. The premise is also gated which is nice for security and has split air conditioners and ceiling fans. I am ideally looking for another professional female who is friendly, clean and tidy.

I love this flat because its in a great suburb close to The Strand and the beach. It's light and bright, and being on the top floor, its very private with great views from the balcony and wonderful cross breezes. I love running up and down the stairs. I like the contribution to my fitness. Fortunately you don't need to carry furniture up, that's all been done for you. Parking behind the building or on the street is super easy. There are lots of great shops just a walk around the corner. Very handy. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with linen and kitchen things. Just bring your suitcase and tooth brush. The furniture is new, modern, fresh and stylish. It looks beautiful. It has kind of a coast theme. Its a lovely environment.
