There’s 2 good sized bedrooms to choose from, one with a robe and one without. Carport parking and a decent sized yard. There's multiple living spaces and one bathroom, it’s got plenty of storage, clean/tidy and the water pressure is great!
Internet & electricity to be split equally, as well as the yard work that is required every so often to keep things looking tidy. (This is more so in the wet season).

Bedroom is available from early March but can be flexible on move in dates. Tenant must be approved by the managing real estate.
