I love this apartment because its just 2 blocks from the coast in a great beachside suburb close to the Rockpool, the Strand, the city and the airport. Its light and bright with a beachy, coast feel. Being on the top floor, its very private with great views from the balcony and wonderful sea breezes. You can see Magnetic Island over the palm trees. Cycling or walking down to the Rockpool, beach and cafes along The Strand is heaven. It is a lovely environment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (top) of a well maintained small block. I love running up and down the stairs. I like the contribution to my fitness :) Fortunately you don't need to carry furniture up, that's all been done for you. There are lots of great shops just a walk around the corner. Very handy. The apartment is a very safe, with security doors onto the balcony. Off street parking behind the building or on the street is super easy and safe.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen things. Just bring your suitcase and tooth brush. The furniture is new, modern, fresh and stylish. It looks beautiful. The bedroom is really large, with a queen sized bed and high quality mattress, European pillows, bedside tables, bedside lamp, beautiful linen, study desk, chair, desk lamp and tall bookshelf. Blackout curtains on a big double window allow you to sleep in any time. The bedroom is super large @ 4m x 4m plus floor to ceiling wardrobes. You will love the air conditioning in your bedroom and the living room.

The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated, fresh and bright. Towels and bathroom linen are provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a front loading washing machine and separate laundry with indoor and outdoor clothes lines.

e-scooters available to ride along the Stand to restaurants, cafes and work :)

The TV is SMART, so you can connect your Netflix account. NBN internet and water are included in the rent. Takes all the pain out of moving house. Nothing for you to worry about. Just move in and enjoy.
