Hi friends!
We have a master bedroom that will be available in our sharehouse from the end of January.

House specs: Three bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, open kitchen, dining and
lounge space, cute front sunroom all set above a huge open downstairs area for storage.

There’s also plenty of space in the sunroom to set up a workdesk. The property is fenced with
on or off-street parking available. The garden is low maintenance aside from an occasional mow
(more often during the wet season) with a large gazebo perfect for chilling and spectating lawn
sports. Dogs have previously been approved for the house, for outside/downstairs only. If you have a furry friend we can discuss options (cats not preferred - we are unfortunately allergic :(( )

The available room is the largest bedroom, with windows on the southern and western sides.
The room is not furnished, so you have a blank canvas to work with.

You will be sharing with two working professionals: a marine biologist and an ecologist. We enjoy our own space while both enjoying cooking, movies/series, and maintaining a clean, environmentally friendly home together.

Rent for the room is $250pw and the current lease is until July 2027. Preferably a longer term resident but we can discuss if you'd like a shorter term.

We enjoy the space we have in the house so are looking for a single person at this stage, but
partners and friends visiting are of course welcome.

Bills and internet are split equally, usually around $25 per week for electricity and internet.
