Uniquely located in North Ward with beautiful ocean views and cooling sea breezes. This very large and spacious Queenslander is within walking distance of the beach, cafes and Coles. The home is fully airconditioned and largely self contained (linen not included).
Yard maintenance and internet are included in the rent. Electricity is shared equally between housemates and billed monthly, with solar panels helping to reduce overal power costs. A cleaner attends three to four times per month and cleans the upstairs bathroom, toilet and living areas - this service is also included in the rent.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, currently occupied by one single male and one couple. Downstairs is home to one single male who has his own bathroom and refrigerator. There is also a large, open and covered outdoor area downstairs that is a shared common space.
One of the upstairs bedrooms is coming available. It features French doors opening onto a verandah, along with a desk area in the enclosed section of the verandah that enjoys ocean views. This room is only available for one person.
The household is sociable and active yet generally quiet - it is not a party house. The mix has traditionally included working professionals, post graduate students and international travellers on working holiday visas.

The current household includes one couple, both working full time, along with two males who also work full time. Ages range from late twenties to early thirties. Everyone is active, easy going and friendly and noone works night shifts. The house is kept clean and tidy and all housemates are respecftul of each other's space, making for a relaxed and comfortable living environment.
