I love this apartment because its in a great beachside suburb close to the Rockpool, the Strand, the city and the airport. Its light and bright with a beachy, coast feel. Being on the top floor, its very private with great views from the balcony and wonderful sea breezes. You can see Magnetic Island over palm trees. Cycling down to the Rockpool, beach and cafes along The Strand is heaven. It is a lovely environment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (top) of a well maintained small block. Being on the top floor and fully fly screened, there are no mosquitoes or other bugs. Yay! Meticulously clean. Love running up and down the stairs with its contribution to fitness :) Fortunately you don't need to carry furniture up, that's all been done for you. There are lots of great shops just a walk around the corner. Very handy. The apartment is a very safe, with security doors onto the balcony. Off street parking behind the building or on the street is super easy and safe.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen things. Just bring your suitcase and tooth brush. The furniture is new, modern, fresh and stylish. It looks beautiful.

The master bedroom is really large at 4m x 5m plus floor to ceiling wardrobes. Your personal security door onto the balcony can be left open for sea breezes and serves as a private entry. You have a queen sized bed with European pillows, bedside tables, bedside lamp, beautiful linen, study desk, chair, desk lamp and tall bookshelf. Blackout curtains on a big double window allow you to sleep in any time. There is a wonderful feeling of space. Perfect for a couple (at an extra charge).

The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated, fresh and bright. Bathroom linen is provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a front loading washing machine and separate laundry with indoor and outdoor clothes lines.

The TV is SMART, so you can connect your Netflix account. High speed internet, water and reasonable air conditioning and electricity are included in the rent. Takes all the pain out of moving house. Nothing for you to worry about. Just move in and enjoy.
