Amazing view of the river! Nice and cool in the summer! Floor to wall windows that look out onto the river and greenery. 5 minute walk to Sydney ferry stop, and buses right out front. Theres also a parking space which can be used. Really sad to be leaving this wonderful apartment but moving to NZ for a job. The room is a good size, fits comfortably a double bed with room for a bedside table and armchair and/or desk. Awesome built in shelving and wardrobe space. Previous tenant had a queen bed and fit a desk as well as an armchair and bedside table. You share a bathroom with one other person. Theres an extra office, dining or workout room that can be used and made into whatever you want.
