The bedroom can be furnished similar to the photos(presently Unfurnished) if needed and includes a cupboard. The place is kept clean and looked after, with a calm vibe — ideal if you want somewhere that feels like home rather than a party house. Great spot for a working professional or FIFO.
Please note the apartment doesn’t have built-in air-con or ceiling fans, however I’m happy to provide a portable unit if needed.

Outside of work I’m into the gym, good coffee, and just relaxing at home. I don’t smoke, tend to be an early bird. I’m friendly but also value my own space, so this place suits someone who’s similar.
Looking for a like-minded flatmate who’s clean, considerate, and easy to live with. FIFO or someone who’s not home all the time would also work well.
