Our block is in-between James street and Brunswick. Its far enough away from the Valley that its quiet, but still a short walk. Everything is within walking distance. Amazing cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as shopping on James street. At the other end of the block are the cliffs that look over the Story bridge and the city and also walking distance from New Farm park and the Brisbane Power house. Which has markets every Saturday making for an excellent dog spotting opportunity. Im kinda in love with New Farm. Greatest suburb in Brisbane. Also parking is very rarely an issue despite being inner city. At the worst you find one a few houses down. I don't smoke but some friends do. So I can deal. I cancelled the Wifi a while back just because I have a huge data plan on my phone. But you're welcome to set it up if you want. And if you need internet in the mean time you can tap into my phones.

Affectionately named the “The Treehouse”, this spacious unit in an older style brick block has amazing views across New Farm and the City. Riverfire from this unit is pretty amazing!! Close to Merthyr Village, James Street, Fortitude Valley and the City – this unit is centrally located and right next door to New Farm Cinemas and the best French patisserie. The colourful and open plan kitchen has a brand new oven, dishwasher and microwave. This space has an energetic feel and a lot of room to move making it comfortable to share. It's a three bedroom unit but I only want to share with one other.
This is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving overseas. There are so many things you will love about this place. For starters, New Farm is a great suburb. It takes me 10 minutes to ride my bike to work every day. If you've had a big night out in the Valley you can just walk down Brunswick St home. There's lots of great places to eat and drink on Brunswick St and in New Farm generally as well. This unit is directly opposite beautiful New Farm Park. My housemate has an adorable blue staffie called Yuki who you will fall in love with, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you wanted to take her for a walk in it. He normally takes her to work with him. She doesn't leave hair everywhere, she won't go in your room if you don't want her to, and she greets me at the door when I get home from work every day. The unit is also a short walk from the Merthyr Village shopping centre where you'll find a Coles, bakery, BWS, hairdressers, everything you will need. I always walk to get my groceries. The unit has air con in the main living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My housemate has the room with the ensuite, so you get the main bathroom to yourself. The outdoor patio is huge, so even though the flat isn't huge you can still host massive parties here. There's heaps of street parking and it's all unmetered. You're also entitled to a full car space underneath the building. There are two allocated to this unit. The place is fully furnished but the room will be empty. One final thing: the total rent for this place is $530/week, so $210/week is a serious bargain. You will not find better value rent in New Farm end of story. There is no catch.
