I'm regretfully leaving this place at the quiet end of New Farm. It's a 2 min walk from the 196 bus and a 10min walk to Merthyr Village where there is a Coles as well as various cafes and restaurants. I could go on and on about it but everything you need is close by. The house has a gas stove/oven and bills are split evenly. There's also a jacuzzi! The room has a TV aerial and aircon and due to the lino on the floor, is really easy to keep clean and minimally dusty. It also has a built in wardrobe with both drawers and hanging space. There's also a shed out the back with some storage space inside the house. Move in date is more of a minimum and is negotiable as I don't technically have to be out by any certain date.
