Located close between James and Brunswick streets the property is close to everything Newfarm has to offer!
The house is great (perhaps not quite as good as the Agent's pictures), with plenty of space for activities.
I hope to make the house a friendly and welcoming environment for bbqs, afternoon drinks, house dinners etc. but understand everyone needs their downtime!

About the flatmates
Hi!
I am 34yo working a boring office job from the office on weekdays but might work one day from home.
I like cycling, running, and hopefully get back into yoga and want to get into camping and hiking! Of course I also enjoy having a beer with friends.
I am looking for similar aged people who like to keep active, are friendly and are up for a good (but not too good) time! haha
I would like the house to be a welcoming environment to have people over for bbq etc but not a full party house.
I am originally from Melbourne so would like it have a spare room for when friends and family visit so ideally would have two singles but open to having a couple in the main bedroom.
Cam and Ha are a canadian couple. They are active and social.
Cam is a surveyor and works in the field most days and loves surfing
Ha works a variety of jobs including as a yoga instructor and at Lululemon
I have most furniture and appliances for the house already but there is space for more!
