2-minute walk to pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, and right across the street from the elevator to HSW.
Bus stop right around the corner.

There is currently 2x cats, sorry to say no more pets allowed.

Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished just bring your bedroom stuff!
You will have your own bathroom.

The complex has a pool, gym, barbecue area, sauna, and spa pool.
Not a party house, no smokers but vapers ok outside

Single - $380 per week (plus bills)
Bond: 2 weeks and first weeks rent paid in advance.

I am looking for someone who pays their bills on time, cleans up after themselves, and likes to keep a clean and relaxed environment.
