The flat will be available to move into from September 16th 2018. I would be looking for someone to be a co-tenant with me on the lease for 6 months minimum but there will be an option to extend after the 6 months. Extras The beautiful Buckley Park and Tennis courts are just across the road; to which I may have a key to! There are two large bedrooms on offer each with a QS bed and built-in robes. Ideally seeking easy going housemates aged between 18-22 who are either studying or working full time. However, there is always times when I am up for a chat. I have two beautiful cats who wander around the garden so they won't be a bother to anyone. The house is located in a quite street within very close walking distance to both the Milleara Shopping Centre and the local shops on Dinah Parade. Public transport via the buses around the corner, with even more routes available at the shopping centre. The house is seriously roomy. Once you enter you are greeted with a spacious floor plan, large lounge/dining, generous bathrooms and a separate study area or two. The kitchen is well set out with ample cupboards. The central bathroom features a shower over bath and one of the highlights is the huge family rumpus room at the back of the house with an obligatory large screen TV. There is a great outdoor alfresco deck and the gardens both front and back are established. It is a great space that just needs the hustle and bustle of some great housemates.
