The house has an amazing front yard, fully furnished and in perfect conditions (for real, is probably the cleanest house I've seen since I moved to Brisbane). The place is located in a very good and calm neighborhood, close to the river and Morningside Station. We live on the top level of a two-storey apartment complex. There are only 8 apartments in total so the building is nice and quiet. We're offering a Northerly facing bedroom for rent with your own bathroom + joint laundry. Awesome views, quite, already furnished (except bedroom), swimming pool, you'll have your own room, bathroom and toilet. Air-conditioned in lounge but does reach throughout the whole unit, close to bus stops, river ferries and only a 10 minute drive to the city. There is 2 secured car spots for the apartment but are both occupied by me as I have a work Ute with a lot of tools on it and my pride and joy "Toyota Supra". The room available is a downstairs rumpus room and it's massive! You'd fit a large bed suite, TV setup and a desk easily. Bathroom is slightly separate and is off from the laundry, and there is likely room there for a separate fridge too I think. But all in all, super private. Upstairs is another 3 bedrooms, bathroom, large lounge area and pretty ample and modern kitchen space. Upstairs will be furnished, and although preference is for downstairs to be available unfurnished, we could work something out if someone needed it. Situated some 300 odd metres from Coorparoo train station it is in a super convenient location. There is parking in the front yard or on the street.
