Great spot close to trains and the city. Quiet street with a great outlook over the back deck looking to bush. Easy access to train station 10 minute walk, gym nearby on Wynnum road, cool afternoon breezes provide relief from afternoon heat. The house is just suited to one person and myself, it's very quiet and street is handy to most major roads and train stations.

Very chill. I live across from a primary school. So you can hear kids in their breaks etc. Very leafy area. Close to everything you need. One car port. I barley use it. Quiet neighbours. Old school apartment but kept in sweet condition. Kinda seems like a smaller townhouse but it's an apartment. Unlimited internet included in rent. Small room with built in and small balcony would be 150$. The internet is 70$ a month. So half is 35! Other bills like energy which I spent 180$ on my own in 3 months. Just split equally really. I'm also willing to consider to move into the small room. And then the big room would be 200$ a week including internet. Oh and couples welcome too. Good luck with sharing the small room. But like I said always happy to get into small room 😊 But the shared wall is quite thin. I have basically everything, but welcome to have any stuff around the house. I have small storage under the stairs. A tad more storage in the separate laundry. And the parking spot is big and can always have storage in front of the cars. Seems that everyone is doing that where I live. The only thing that urks me about this place is that I don't have a clothes line. If ur handy I will contribute to make one! I just use a small hanger in the house at this stage.

Brand new house on a quiet street across from the football park where the Brisbane Hustlers (local gay footy team) train and play. HI .... this is a great cosy, safe little duplex. It's walking distance to both Morningside train station and bus services (zone 1), and only a stones throw to loads of restaurants in the area. You must like animals as I have indoor pets. Also if you have furniture and a car there's loads of storage area under the house. It is a shared bathroom, however the toilet is separate.
