The house has an amazing front yard, fully furnished and in perfect conditions (for real, is probably the cleanest house I've seen since I moved to Brisbane). The place is located in a very good and calm neighborhood, close to the river and Morningside Station. There is a cleaner that comes every Saturday which maintains the home in a constant clean and tidy state. This is a great unit in a perfect location. City and river views from the balcony and both the ferry and bus stops to the city are 50m away. There is a pool, parking and gym in the complex and you're a short drive to all the action in Bulimba or Woolloongabba. You're room is fully furnished but this can all be cleared if you have your own stuff. In fact, you can bring any furniture you need for the rest of the house, pending my interior design tick of approval. Just kidding...
