[THE OTHER IDENTICAL LISTING IS INACCURATE] Awesome, spacious townhouse extremely close to public transport and shopping centres. Big room! Air conditioning in all rooms! Own Bathroom with bath and heaps of storage! 2 bloody awesome housemates (A couple who occupy the main bedroom) The place has loads of storage and a massive kitchen, it also has a big balcony with a pretty cool view. Literally a hundred metres from the train station and walking distance to Wynnum road shops. There is plenty of on street parking and a carport thats in front of the garage that you can use if theres any bad weather! Our last housemate is moving out so we are eager to find someone to fill the room. Bills are split evenly every 3 months and have never been anything excessive. Internet is available for $20 extra a month! It's unlimited and fast :)
Alright so the rad things about the place. We have a pretty decent backyard with a small area undercover, pretty mint for when we bring out the beers and blow up pool. We have super doopers and we also like to share. Michael has a huge DVD collection so fear not for when boredom strikes. We have a growing garden out the front of the house which we're always trying to make look cooler. We have more geckos inside than spiders! Uhhhmm, honestly you'll just have to come over and check the place out to see if you like it or not.
