First up, I have a cat, so if you like cats or animals in general you'll love it here. You have a choice of two rooms to rent from, the one pictured with the bed is 2.9mx2.9m and can fit a double bed and desk, while the other room is 3.5mx2.7m and hosts a larger wardrobe. The furniture will be moved from whichever room you choose unless you are in need of a desk or bed. You will have access to your own bathroom so you won't need to share*. There are three car spaces on the site, but they're first in best dressed. There is plenty of free parking on the street if you can't get a car space though. It's a massive two storey house, (3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs) so it's never too crowded despite there being 5 people. One of our housemates who lives downstairs is only seen around twice a month due to their busy schedule, so it's best to think of it as having 3 housemates! Cooking is also very manageable, we've never had a problem and rarely cook at the same time! It's super easy to get quiet time whenever you need it.
