Norman Park is a great area, it takes approx. half an hour to get to the city by public transport (either train or bus). The bus is just right around the corner and the train 8 min away by foot. It takes 10-15 min by car to the city. We have a big garden with an outside deck with bbq and outside table/day bed. We have all the appliances you need to live comfortably (besides of a dishwasher, we do have a dryer, a washing machine, oven etc). The shops are not too far away either, there is a Coles, a Woolworth and an Aldi 5 minutes by car.

This is a great house in Norman Park, we're close to the city (10mins), massive deck, Air-con in bedrooms, Gas stove, NBN, second toilet, gym, coffee machine, BBQ, no carpet to worry about. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Must have a steady income and able to pay bills on time (about $50 a week for elec, gas and net).
