The place is just a 30 second walk from the bus stop (15 minute ride to the CBD), and a 10 minute walk from Morningside station. We are not far from Oxford Street (home to lots of good bars and restaurants).

The house is 2 storey and the room available is downstairs, away from the other rooms, right by the downstairs front door. Perfect for those who come and go in the early or late hours. There is a bathroom next to the room which would be mostly only used by whoever takes that room. Our house is a safe space for relaxing and being creative, always respectful of one another's privacy. We have the space for making art and music, lots of plants, a PS4, a big TV for watching movies, a small recording studio, a beautiful balcony and a modest backyard for composting and gardening projects. We often share meals together and hang out when we have the opportunity, but otherwise keep to ourselves. The house is always warm in winter and we have air-con for the summer! This lovely house is in a quiet street close to the city. There are two large, comfortable bedrooms available. Both are carpeted, have ceiling fans and blackout window blinds. We have some furnishings spare if you need anything, but rooms are otherwise unfurnished except for cupboards. The house has high ceilings, polished wooden floors, and reverce cycle air conditioning. There is a large kitchen, enclosed front veranda, and back patio area with large outdoor setting on the lawn, perfect for breakfast in the sun or afternoon relaxing. You're welcome to plant things in the yard if you like to garden, and we plan on getting some chickens soon. There are several cafes and restaurants just around the corner. It's only a ten minute drive to the CBD and is close to Bulimba, Woollongabba, and South Bank. It's a 5 minute walk to Norman Park train station, and the bus stop is one block away. There is a lock up garage and the house is raised, with the entire underneath concreted and enclosed. This space can be used for storage, hobbies, etc. Bills are $15/week, which includes unlimited internet.
