We share a very relaxed living environment and all communicate often to ensure harmony in the house despite all having varied schedules. The house is located conveniently close to Norman Park train station, bus stops are in front of the house and 1min walk to Norman park ferry terminal. It's a newly renovated house, fully furnished (we have a spare mattress for the room if needed), built in wardrobes, air conditioning, fans and heater system in all the rooms, backyard and shared living areas that would perfectly suit full time students or full time workers. You'll be sharing the bathroom and toilet with 1 girl. Rent is $150 per week plus bills and $670 bond. We share the bills as they come to us monthly, they are internet/elec/gas and are really very cheap. Norman park it is a great, quiet, safe residential area that is very close to the CBD, South Bank and West End. Everyone is very friendly. The Norman Park train station is a 3 minute walk from the house along with an off leash dog park, large park, cafes and bowls club a few minutes away. It is a 2 storey house with all the living upstairs, timber floor, a front balcony with CBD skyline view. Hammock, BBQ, Netflix, Wifi (not included in rental price but available if wanted), room downstairs that can be used for storage and a decent back yard. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. The place is located in a very good and calm neighbourhood, close to the river and Morningside station. The house has an amazing front yard, fully furnished and in perfect conditions (for real, is probably the cleanest house I've seen since I moved to Brisbane). The location is unbelievably good, we are adjacent to a beautiful park and close to the ferry stop as well as a superb river walk. The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms. We are two guys both in our 30's, both working full-time. We are relaxed, considerate, friendly and tidy but without being overboard about it. The area overall is quiet and peaceful, with lots of trees and serenity. We are a few steps away from a bus stop and a quiet cafe. Further to that, a 10 minute walk will get you to New Farm village which has everything there like cafes, Coles, quality fruit shop, cinemas, another bus route, gyms, yoga and more. The apartment has extensive views of the Brisbane river from the lounge room, as well as from the kitchen, and from the main balcony. We have aircon, a dishwasher, unlimited internet, and two bathrooms. We do prefer non-smoking housemates. This two beddie flat is located in Hawthorne just on the Southside of Brisbane city CBD. Located close to different services such as parks, Sports clubs, bars, restaurants and cinemas. It is definitely a young persons area. Also located 300m from the Hawthorne ferry and 50m to bus stops. It is an extremely safe part of Brisbane as well. Neighbours are all really friendly. My brother and I tended to have a few brewskies on weekends and there has never been complaints. Located on the second floor we also get a good view of balmoral, bulimba and Hawthorne. The whole apartment is furnished, just missing a bed while the bedroom has its own built in robes.
