A bright and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a great, quiet location. The available room comes with its own private bathroom and dedicated undercover parking space. There is also a large balcony area which is lovely to sit out of an afternoon.
The apartment is mostly furnished - the only items still needed for shared areas are a TV, washing machine and dryer. The new housemate will need to furnish their own bedroom.
Located in a lovely neighbourhood, just a 200m walk to the train station and a 5-minute drive to local shops. Despite being so close to transport, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
Bills are not included in rent, with an estimated $50 per week contribution.
This is a female-only, non-smoking household. Looking for someone without pets who is respectful and values a calm home. While this isn’t a party house, it’s a friendly space - happy to hang out, chat, and enjoy a wine or two together.
