It is compact, private, ground floor, and in a great location – a quiet, quality street close to everything including the train station. Hawthorne Park, the new Luxe cinema, and a great collection of restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Or perhaps take a Sunday stroll along the river. The City and Airport are both just 15 minutes by car. This studio is unfurnished and relatively small. Wi-fi and access to a laundry (with washing machine) are both included. The kitchen includes a small (SMEG, ceramic) stovetop, and a combination convection oven/microwave. You should be at least 23 years old, and sorry but definitely no smoking, pets, or couples. This little studio should provide an excellent, quiet base for someone who is working or studying hard, and it will be leased for 6 months or longer.
