We tend to be early risers and get to bed early so you'll need to be respectful if coming home later in the day. The home is close to public transport on Hanson road (but far enough that it's fairly quiet ;) ) and only a few minutes drive to great local Vietnamese restaurants. Ten minutes on the bus to the nearest shopping centre and there is ample street parking nearby. We have three indoor cats and a Chihuahua, they're super friendly :)
