Heya future roomie! This place is a 3 bedroom house (the room with the carpet and empty floor will be yours!), 1 toilet and bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living room. We’ve got a garden to the side, pagola out the front, and a carport area behind us which I currently set up as a chill area because we have loads of street parking. If you love the beach at sunset this is the perfect place for you! It’s only a couple of steps to the water. In the same vein, it’s super close to Midlunga station which is the line to the city.
There’s heaps of awesome benefits to this place, no more boring cheaply made apartments, this house was built in the 80’s so it kept it’s wooden floorboards, colour, and character in each room (like a salmon colour bathroom), a garden out the front, and personal space from neighbours all the way round (no worrying about hearing noise through the walls).

Hi! I’m a 25 year old, friendly golden retriever esque guy working full time in the city, my housemate Josh (a nurse! think of the free medical advice) and I would love to find a third housemate to make us a good old trio and come join us in our beachside house. 🏝️
We’re looking for someone chill who is pet & LGBTQ+ friendly for my housemate. If you like the beach it’s perfect and the train station to the city is only a minute up the road, with Largs Bay and Semaphore down the street the same way. ☀️🚂
As for who you’ll be living with. We’re both super chill and work full time, with my housemate having a greyhound called Shelby. The house is situated right next to the beach, so close in fact that you can see the water from our kitchen. We both have a bunch of hobbies each and spend our time exploring and getting out with friends, whether you like a chill night in or a big night out one of us can accommodate either way! We’ve been here for a couple years so the house is well furnished and you can move right on in. We both do our part to clean and take care of the house together and we hope you’ll do the same. Neither of us have partners at the moment but friends come and go every now and then for visits 😊
The room itself is the bedroom #3, (which you can see on the blueprint) and is a bit smaller than the other two - but if you don’t mind that it could be a big win as we’ve reflected that in a cheap price!
For dynamics, we like a housemate catchup in the kitchen, and the social side of having housemates and spending time together that makes the house feel that little bit more homely. I consider myself calm, warm and welcoming to all walks of life, and match that cosy energy for the house - and my housemate is the same!
