By some way of a short miracle, we have obtained a self-standing house(!!) on the Northern Beaches within an easy walk of Freshwater shops and the beach. Bus stop just up the road which will take you directly to Manly (5-10mins), Warringah Mall, or further up the coast. We also have ample parking, including a carport for one vehicle. Onto the house itself; just to remind you, this is an actual house, so no shared walls with neighbours and a massive backyard for activities. Backyard area has a sheltered portion and a BBQ, which we fire up plenty through summer. Kitchen is completely decked out and attached to the dining room. Nicely sized lounge room with carpets and a big tv + PS3. Main bathroom as well as a 2nd shower and 2nd toilet at the back end of the house. The sunroom itself which is advertised for rent has accommodated our past housemates perfectly, which for $210 a week they have been able to enjoy a double bed and more than enough space to live comfortably.
