The location is great, a 20 minute walk to Manly beach or 5 minute bike ride. Coles, Woolies & (almost) Aldi within a 3 minute walk. Everything else is a 15 minute stroll to Stocklands. The B-line stops on our street and is two quick stops to the CBD or one to Warringah mall.
