Well it's a quiet neighbourhood with children on this street so hopefully you're good with that & some times maybe parties goin on from other unit blocks but not as many as you might think & the room is large it overlooks manly & Queenscliff beaches from the hill top,privacy is definitely a plus as the room advertised has a lock from the inside only.It's furnished with wardrobes (2) a dresser & it has only a bed base but no mattress as I've had so many flatmates as in 4 so umm you know can't keep buying mattresses all the time.
