Hey there I'm chad I'm renting my parents 5 bedroom house in Ormiston. At the moment it's me a 30year old aussie male, a 30 year old female and a 19 year old female and we are hoping to get another one or two people to join our share house. The rent will be $150 a week or $170 for the big room, it's massive . There's only on street parking but It's a nice quiet area so cars should be safe. it's on the bay side it's close to train, bus and shops. We can talk about bond but it isn't really needed but my parents do appreciate two weeks rent up front which means when your leaving you have the two weeks notice rent free. As long as we all clean up after ourselves and share the vaccuming and cleaning of the shared bathroom once a week everything will be sweet. looking forward to hearing from

Hi, we have a beautiful bright and roomy double bedroom for rent in our comfortable home. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and bedside table and has a HUGE 3 sliding door built-in wardrobe for plenty of storage. We are ideally situated an easy 10-15-min walk to Ormiston railway station. Surrounded by parklands and bush, we are in a peaceful residential area, but only 10 minutes drive to most facilities in the Redlands and points of interest. As our flat mate, you would have the use of your room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry and own bathroom. There is a large outdoor entertaining area and a 12M solar heated pool to relax in. Rent is only $165 a week with $35 a week for utilities (including fair internet usage). We also have a wonderful cleaner who comes in once a week (included in rent) and the pool and yard are fully maintained. Off-street car parking is included as well!

The room being offered is large enough for queen size and a desk, it has full length built in robes. own tv point . and ceiling fan. The bathroom would only shared with one other person only. Your room is private .It also faces north so nice light and not hot. The house is big and airy with lots of light.. Modern kitchen three ovens dishwasher and all appliances. Note I will get extra refrigerator. There is big barbecue and large vegetable garden.( appreciate an extra hand to manage garden. It is a short walk to the shops, bus and rail stations. We have one dog but he is outside. and he is friendly.

The main living areas of the house are air conditioned but I haven’t had to use it much. The main TV room has a large smart TV with surround sound system. There is also a PS4 for those so inclined. A running machine is also available to use while watching TV. Another common area has a second TV so you can use that if you want to watch something different. The rent includes share of power and wi-fi. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus. You can also walk to the shops. If you want two people to share the one room the rent will be $250/wk to cover the extra power etc.
