The room being offered with a large queen size and a table, it has full length built in robes. and shelving and own tv point and ceiling fan. The bathroom would only shared with one other person only. Your room is private .It also faces north so nice light and not hot. The house is big and airy with lots of light.. Modern kitchen three ovens dishwasher and all appliances. Note I will get extra refrigerator. There is big barbecue and large vegetable garden.( appreciate an extra hand to manage garden. It is a short walk to the shops, bus and rail stations. We have one dog but he is outside. and he is friendly.

The house is situated within 5 minutes walking distance of the train station with direct connections to the Brisbane CBD. It is also within walking distance of the local shopping village and the very lovely Wellington Point recreational beach area.
One room available for rent in Wellington Point. This is a modern 4 bedroom double story house. The room has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The main living areas of the house are air conditioned but I haven’t had to use it much. The main TV room has a large smart TV with surround sound system. There is also a PS4 for those so inclined. A running machine is also available to use while watching TV. Another common area has a second TV so you can use that if you want to watch something different. The rent includes share of power and wi-fi. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus. You can also walk to the shops. If you want two people to share the one room the rent will be $250/wk to cover the extra power etc.

A big block with plenty of space in a nice street and friendly neighbours. There is parking in the drive, close to shops and transport, close to the local parks, and a very short drive to the Straddie ferry. I have recently renovated my home so it's nice and modern, has air conditioning (not in the bedrooms), ceiling fans in all rooms, a front porch and back deck for relaxing. There is a bus route close by that takes you straight into Capalaba and regular services during peak times right into the city.
