3 year old Large 3 bedroom Townhouse I own still like new and PRIME Location on the bayside walking distance to Woolworths, McDonald’s 🍔 and the train! 🚆 available and private air conditioned 3200x3000 room a with a queen size bed, small cube system able to put own tv on top and small starter bedside stool. ALL Bills will be included so you don't have to worry and open to couples! Looking for minimum 6 months. Will only be me and my girlfriend working full time jobs with occasional visits of family members so you will have a lot of privacy.

8min walk to Train Station/IGA/Bakeries/Pub and Woolworths and 20min walk to the beautiful waterfront!, Parking is on road out front of complex and carwash bay with water and power access, access to CCTV for packages/deliveries and a fingerprint login for front door. Under stair storage to yourself also included. You will have access to a shared TV with a 120hz port for gaming consoles that you can use and lounge downstairs with netflix, binge, disney, prime, I mostly keep to myself in my room unless cooking or making coffee. You will have air conditioned room and own personal bathroom with a bath tub and shower, Fast FTTP cat6 Ethernet point and 12-15 ping on australian servers. Internet speed is 1000 Mbps down and 100 Mbps upload along with own private wifi 6 access point which is extremely fast and you can download a movie in 2-5 minutes and a 100gb game in 5-15min.

You will get 2 shelves in main fridge and 2 shelves in the fridge in the garage, Chest freezer in garage shared but mostly yours, 4 tier exposed pantry beside fridge and cupboard above microwave and access to air fryer/dishwasher and you're welcome to use my cutlery and cups etc. I also supply bin liners and dishwashing soap for shared use. Bedroom will come furnished. For myself I have my girlfriend living with me and she works at the GC as she studies and works there. Also from time to time my father or mother will stay in 3rd room every now and then for a night or two. Downstairs has a toilet and you will have access to a washing machine that also dry cleans and irons your clothes by steam which works very well and dryer to use as you wish. If you're barista trained you're welcome to access my rocket coffee machine to help you wake up in the morning, Partners are welcome to come over when you wish for sleepovers I don't mind. After a clean and tidy person/persons that cleans up after themselves also.
