There is a comfortable deck which looks onto the large swimming pool as well as a two separate lounge areas and a really huge kitchen. There is plenty of space in the house if you want to be on your own. The Bedrooms are carpeted, have high ceilings, block out curtains, ceiling fans, tinted windows, security screens and downlight with dimmer. Bathroom has two hand-basins, each with own storage cupboard underneath, a large shower and a bath. Separate toilet & large laundry. We have a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with one room occupied by myself and Michael and the third room is our office/ makeup room. You can also use storage space in the garage (shelving unit). Using the garage for your car is negotiable. The rest of the apartment is furnished but you would be required to bring your own furniture for your bedroom. Price includes bills and internet. Msg me for details here. We have 2 living rooms, one which we have a pullout couch (we don’t mind visitors staying) and the other is a bar and seating area. We have a washer/dryer/dishwasher etc which you can either purchase your own products for or else just swing a few $$$ my way and I’ll maintain stock 😉. We are on the waterfront which is also a 12km bike/walking track (Wynnum-Lota). Either side of the apartment building are Coopers Cafe (fab breakfasts) and a Fish and chip shop and you’re only a short few minutes walk from Cambridge parade. Manly Train Station is also a 5-10 minute stroll. Cambridge parade has many restaurants, coffee places, hair salons, bars/pubs and cute little boutique clothing and homewares store and your normalities such as real estates accountants, doctors and specialists etc. There is no shortage of great fish and chip spots. If you’re a walker, there are kilometres of esplanade to take in. There are also two yacht clubs and waterfront restaurants all within a 5min stroll.

My house is very comfortable and homely. Its 15mins walking distance to the bay, train and bus are very close. There and coffee shops restaurants, yacht clubs, sailing, walking along the water front. Swimming pools, beach and parks and picnic areas. Bike tracks all the way to Cleveland. Gym is in walking distance. I do have rules. I don't like people wasting water, electricity or gas. They must be tidy and clean up after themselves. I have a pergola and BBQ. I also have 2 push bikes for people to us. Lovely bay breezes. My house is very cool. I don't have Foxtel. I expect people to be tidy and clean.
