I love living in the Town house complex. Every one is very friendly and enjoy times with our neighbours in the pool. I have a lovely 14 year old cat, so I don't think we would be allowed to have another pet. I'm a mature, but not conservative woman, and am easy going most of the time. Would like my flatmate to be of similar age. Not into parties any more, but still up for a social gathering every now and then. Aircon upstairs and down. The main living areas of the house are air conditioned but I haven’t had to use it much. The main TV room has a large smart TV with surround sound system. There is also a PS4 for those so inclined. A running machine is also available to use while watching TV. Another common area has a second TV so you can use that if you want to watch something different. The rent includes share of power and wi-fi. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus. You can also walk to the shops. If you want two people to share the one room the rent will be $250/wk to cover the extra power etc.

Internet is included in the rent however $15 a week electricity or $180 a quarter is not included in rent. Plenty of space in house to be left alone. Room has a television in it. A bed is also available if required. The wardrobe is a built in wardrobe and the main bathroom with double sink is shared with the eldest who will probably just use my bathroom anyway. There are also three French Bulldogs living here so if you don't like dogs then it may not be he place for you. I am after a professional female in late 30's to early 40's preferably.
