The kitchen is fitted with an induction cooktop and rangehood. There is also plenty of cupboard storage and a space for a full size fridge.
The bedroom has an ensuite and a built in robe with shelves and hanging space. It has been recently painted and new carpet fitted.
There is a bus stop 100m up the street and Ormiston train station is only a short walk or 2min by car. There are three large shopping centres with in 10min. Cleveland point and Rabybay harbour are only 5min away if you like having coffee by the water.
